Case Cafe was established by our founder, Ian Benbow, as an innovative model of engagement within Case-UK in 2016, starting with just one coffee van, using it to spread the word about mental health and wellbeing.

 

Case Cafe was floated as a separate entity in 2022, before Ian sold Case-UK in 2024.

 

We have seen fast paced, strategic growth since Case Cafe's inception and we are now about to open our third site within the conference centre at Miskin Manor in Hensol. This complements our Bedwas and Barry operations, and our fleet of coffee vans. A fourth site is also in the pipeline!

 

Our Cafe's are friendly community hubs, used by local clubs and individuals alike, using coffee to bring people together.

 

We provide a welcoming space for people to access employability support, digital resources, and tailored guidance.

 

Our approach is informal yet impactful, helping individuals build confidence and take meaningful steps forward.

 

We’re proud to be partnering with local colleges and organisations to extend our reach and ensure learners have access to wraparound support beyond the classroom.
