A BIT ABOUT EMILY
Emily has been part of Case Café since day one, helping to bring the idea to life and staying hands-on every step of the way. A qualified secondary school teacher, she completed her PGCE at Cardiff Metropolitan University and brings with her many of the qualities that make her a natural fit for the business environment, patience, creativity, strong communication, and the ability to make everyone feel welcome. Emily is known for her can-do attitude, whether it’s supporting the team, coming up with new ideas, or rolling up her sleeves to get stuck in wherever needed. Outside of work, she loves keeping active and plays rugby for Old Penarthians, balancing her competitive edge with a great sense of teamwork. When it comes to coffee, Emily’s go-to coffee order is usually a flat white but sometimes enjoys a cortado. Her passion for people, positivity, and building community makes her an invaluable part of the Case Café family.
